The Model PS100-XX has (1) double-throw microswitch and the  PS200-XX has (2) double-throw microswitch. These conveyor belt safety switches protect conveyor belts and personnel from dangerous events that can occur along conveyor belts.  They provide personnel an easy way to shutdown conveyors or other equipment that may cause danger.  Multiple units can be used on each conveyor to provide protection along the entire conveyor. The force required to trip a shut-down is adjustable from 16 to 25 lbs of force (Factory adjustable only). The Model PS is furnished with a heavy-duty cast aluminum housing. There are explosion proof and corrosion resistant options available.
